Tough game today, but I’m proud of how you all kept going, heads up & supporting each other.
J – as always, an amazing performance in net. The goals that went past you, there was no chance of you saving them unless you grew a few feet! Really strong performance outfield too, really going in hard with the challenges.
E – really solid performance from you today, both upfront and in defence. You went in strong with your challenges and really put pressure on the opposition.
B – another great performance from you today, again trying different positions on the pitch. Running non-stop to try and gain possession of the ball.
N – brilliant performance, in all positions. Again, you would have needed to have grown (even more!) to reach those goals!
Parents Player 🌟 V 🌟 head dropped and an injury very early on in the game! New V wiped his tears, gave me a high five and got back in the game. Always in space, shouting for the ball and ready to receive.
Captain 🌟 S 🌟 strong performance upfront, showing some really good ball control. However, the captains armband is being given for the team work you showed. Going in defence & kicking every ball like you meant it. Trying to give us the break we needed to try and get to the other side of the pitch.
Huge well done to everyone for your resilience and determination today. Your teamwork never fails to melt my heart.
