What a game!!! I’m so SO proud of every single one of you! The intensity, speed and team spirit were all at 100%!
N – what a first game!! You were getting stuck right in, going on runs with the ball & had a shift in net. Stopping some really good shots! Absolutely fantastic & can’t wait to see how you come on as the season progresses.
J – absolutely brilliant shift in net! There was a point where you saved 2 in quick succession whilst on the floor, and I’m not sure how you did it, but you did! Really good pressure on the opposition upfront in the second half.
V – what a game for you! You stayed focussed and always in space, ready to receive the ball (even staying on when someone fell over the top of you, trooper!) Some absolutely amazing runs with the ball.
O – ran your legs off! Up and down the pitch, taking on the entire opposition at some points! Absolutely solid in defence & super quick upfront. Fantastic game.
Hughie – wow!! Your focus and determination were something else in that game! I’ve never seen you move so fast. Absolutely amazing to watch and you managed to break free from the opposition quite a few times. So so proud of you!
Parents Player 🌟 S 🌟 absolutely brilliant football on display from you. The runs you went on & the speed you did them, amazing. The battling you did for the ball & never backed down, fantastic. Amazing effort.
Captain 🌟 M 🌟 the old M has re-entered the game! So much running & high level energy from you. Played in defence, like an absolute unit! No-one was getting past you, absolutely brilliant to watch.
All in all, an amazing game. The coaches were absolutely beaming with pride at the end, from how you all conducted yourselves.
